What’s Involved?

📍 Location: Your business or a venue of your choice
⏳ Duration: Typically 90 minutes
🎤 Spotlight on You: The Chamber will introduce you and give you the opportunity to speak briefly about your business and what makes it special
🍽️ Refreshments: Hosts typically provide light snacks and beverages for guests to enjoy
🤝 Networking: Attendees will have time to mingle, exchange business cards, and make valuable connections

Sample Event Timeline (90 Minutes)

5:30 PM – Doors Open: Guests arrive, check-in, and start networking
6:00 PM – Chamber Welcome & Business Spotlight: Chamber introduces the host, and you’ll have a few minutes to speak about your business
6:15 PM – Networking Continues: Attendees mix and mingle while enjoying light refreshments
7:00 PM – Event Wrap-Up: Final connections and closing remarks
