From Shogun's Owner: 

MY NAME IS ALEX, I AM THE OWNER OF SHOGUN SUSHI.
I HAVE ALWAYS DREAMED OF OPENING A RESTAURANT SPECIALIZING IN MY PASSION FOR SUSHI. I HAVE BEEN IN THE RESTAURANT BUSINESS FOR 11 YEARS, BUT MY PASSION FOR DELIVERING QUALITY FOOD STARTED IN 1999 WHEN MY FAMILY MOVED TO THE UNITED STATES.
I WORKED HARD ALONGSIDE MY MOTHER AND FATHER AT A TERIYAKI RESTAURANT WHICH SPROUTED MY PASSION. THE FORMER OWNER JIMMY AND I HAVE BEEN CLOSE FRIENDS FOR THE MAJORITY OF EACH OTHER'S LIVES, JIMMY OFFERED ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE OVER SHOGUN IN EARLY 2024.
I HAD A VISION FOR SHOGUN LIKE NO OTHER. WE WANTED TO CREATE A SPECIAL ATMOSPHERE THAT TRANSPORTS YOU INTO A DIFFERENT WORLD WHILE YOU EXPERIENCE NEW FLAVORS OF HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS.
